1 cup diced, peeled apples
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
Mix together and pour into shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
