3/4 cup cold skim milk
1 package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 8-ounce carton frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon chocolate cookie crumbs or chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1. In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be very thick).
2. In a larger mixing bowl, beat together sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla. Add pudding; mix well.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Spoon into individual dishes.
5. Sprinkle with crumbs.
6. Refrigerate until serving time.
