Ramen Noodle Coleslaw Salad

1 head cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (shredded)
6-8 green onions (sliced thin)


½ c. margarine or butter
2, 3 oz. pkg. Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning pkt.)
½ c. sunflower seeds
½ c. slivered almonds

Lightly brown Ramen noodles (broken into chunks), sunflower seeds and almonds in ½ c. butter. Refrigerate until ready to use.

1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
½ c. vinegar
½ tsp. salt

Mix dressing ingredients with wire whisk. Mix dressing into cabbage and onions one-half hour before serving. Add topping just before served. Makes large Tupperware bowl.
