Grandma’s No-Crust Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

2 large eggs

2 cups canned or cooked pumpkin

1 cup non-fat dry powdered milk

2/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup water

Optional:  1/2 tsp ginger and 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Mix all ingredients except water together in a large bowl. Stir water in gradually until well-mixed. Pour into a greased 9″ pie platter. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted 1″ from the center comes out clean.
