Corn Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups blanched fresh corn (or frozen corn, thawed)

5 or 6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

1/4 cup minced green onion

1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients. Mix well.

2. Serve with your favorite corn chips.

Yield: 4 servings
