Apricot Coconut Balls

Ingredients

1/2 pound dried apricots, finely ground (use food processor)

2 cups shredded coconut

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Combine apricots and coconut in mixing bowl.

2. Blend in condensed milk, mixing well.

3. Chill for 1 hour.

4. Form into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. The mixture is sticky.

5. Chill until firm and store in the refrigerator.

Yield: 3 dozen balls
