1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons parsley flakes or 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2/3 cup milk
1. In a medium skillet, brown the sausage. Add chopped onion and cook until onion pieces are translucent. Drain.
2. Combine sausage, flour, cheese and parsley. Pour into the pie shell.
3. Beat eggs and milk together, pour over sausage mixture.
4. Bake at 375º F for 35-40 minutes.
